Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. Because we believe in providing excellent customer service, if the wrong product(s) were sent to you, we will send you the correct item. If the product(s) are damaged upon receiving them, we will replace them. Products are only considered as damaged if the packaging (cracked tubes, lip liner broken in half, etc.)is damaged. Please email a picture of the damaged product(s) to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). The product(s) should be shipped back within 5 days of the day that they were received.
